Call for proposals: KNOWFOR monitoring and evaluation support

CIFOR, on behalf of DfID and the KNOWFOR Reference Group, invites proposals for a system and approach that will support the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the UK Department for International Development (DFID) funded KNOWFOR programme.

Proposals must respond to the attached Terms of Reference and follow the attached Instructions. The KNOWFOR programme (“Improving the way knowledge on forests is understood and used internationally”) is described in the Terms of Reference.

Timeline
The Request for Proposals closes on 21 November 2013, at 11.59pm Jakarta time.

Work is to be completed by 30 June 2014.
